I am writing this letter in regards to Ms. Jody Reale and her Company Reale Associates. I am the executive director of Creative World Children’s Learning Center which has 2 schools located in Easton and Raynham, Massachusetts and we serve roughly 200 children and their families in the surrounding towns. The playgrounds at each location were in dire need of updates and new equipment. Over the years, we have used several companies that specialize in playground construction to perform repairs and updates to our playgrounds as needed. Every time we signed on with one of these companies, we were promised the world only to be met with unpredictable attendance, subpar work ethic and minimal quality with excuses for everything. When we decided that we really needed to re-vamp the playground at our Raynham location and we needed a complete playground replacement in Easton, I reached out to a director’s group for recommendations of companies that could deliver quality work in a timely fashion. I was put in touch with Jody Reale from Reale Associates and I could tell from our very first conversation that finally I found someone who was passionate about designing and constructing a space for the children that was fun, bright, cheery and safe. Jody educated us during the entire process, listened to requests and offered suggestions about the space that we never thought of and we became very excited about the vision she created for our playground. Jody is a CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector) and quickly made it known that our playground needed to become ADA compliant and that she would never compromise safety over quantity or cost. Jody communicated with us every day and during every step of the process. Jody shared her vast knowledge with us and explained any surprises that came up along the way with complete honesty. She allowed us to be involved during the entire process. Jody and her crew of dedicated, hardworking, nose to the grind kind of people showed up every day and worked effectively and cooperatively. The absolute most surprising part of our experience working with Jody and her team was the fact that she showed up to the site every day, and stayed all day to oversee the process, motivate her staff and assure quality craftsmanship. To say the least we are delighted with the final outcome of our playgrounds and love to end our school tours of prospective new enrollees with the crowning glory we refer to as our outdoor play space. Since launching Hanover Crossing, a multi-million-dollar open-air lifestyle center created by converting the old Hanover Mall in 2023, we prioritized a community gathering area at the heart of the customer experience.
